Described as ‘ocean-fused’ the whisky is distilled with desalinated ocean water at distilleries on the coast where it is then matured in Japanese pine casks. This is the inaugural release from Umiki, which translates to Ocean and Sea from the Japanese. Notes of sea breeze and flora.
