Wild Turkey 101 – 1 Litre

Wild Turkey 101 is a bourbon whisky to write home about! Bottled at 101 proof (hence the name), or 50.5% ABV, this fine bourbon was actually drawn at 109 proof after 6 years of aging, before being diluted to a more palatable 101 proof. On the nose there is lots of sweet toffee, oak and vanilla ice cream. The palate is richer and full bodied with notes of pepper, caramel and cigars as well as hints of granary toast smothered in farmhouse butter.
